Job summary

Attain Partners, a leading management and technology consultancy in McLean, VA, seeks a strategic ERP/HCM transformation consultant to guide Oracle HCM deployments and drive value across complex programs.

You will lead readiness assessments, manage stakeholder alignment, and oversee end-to-end delivery from design to cutover while building lasting client relationships and contributing to practice growth. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on configuration in Oracle HCM and payroll modules.
• 3+ years of product ownership experience in Oracle HCM and payroll modules.
• Experience defining and managing execution of agile release management processes including backlog management, roadmap definition, prioritization, sprint planning and change control.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle HCM and payroll solution and Oracle ecosystem.
• Oracle customer or implementor certification in one or more HCM modules.
• Strong functional knowledge of HCM business processes, common challenges with Oracle solutions, and leading practices.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Ability to lead client engagements independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Guide ERP Readiness and Advisory across transformation efforts.
• Shape Client Strategy by aligning technology investments with mission outcomes.
• Facilitate Stakeholder Alignment through meetings, workshops, and executive briefings.
• Drive Implementation Execution across design, data validation, testing, change management, and cutover activities.
• Advise with Leading Practice by applying Oracle expertise and practical solutions.
• Provide Operational Leadership for Oracle HCM across configuration, integration and reporting.
• Collaborate Across Workstreams with delivery teams on large Oracle programs.
• Contribute to Practice Growth through proposals, thought leadership, and internal capability building.
