Job summary

STO Building Group is seeking an Oracle HCM Platform Manager to lead the enterprise HCM platform strategy, governance, and operations. You will partner with HR leaders to optimize the employee journey, ensure data quality and security, and drive adoption of new capabilities including AI across recruiting, onboarding, learning, and analytics.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a track record of delivering measurable improvements to HR operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years supporting Oracle Fusion HCM or similar enterprise HCM tech.
• Experience leading an enterprise HCM platform or major workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM architecture, security, data, and reporting.
• Proven ability translate business requirements into tech solutions.
• Experience in application support, testing, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Oracle Fusion HCM platform, roadmap, and governance.
• Partner with HR leadership to align platform with business goals and employee experience.
• Lead platform enhancements, security, and data quality initiatives.
• Manage relationships with Oracle and partners for strategic delivery.
• Direct the HCM team across incident management, documentation, and releases.
• Drive AI capability evaluation and adoption within the HCM domain.
