Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking an Oracle Fusion Program Manager, Financials, to lead strategy, modernization, and integration across a complex enterprise. This role shapes the roadmap, partner ecosystem, and future-state architecture while coordinating with HR, Finance, Strategy, and Technology teams.

You will drive OCTO-aligned initiatives, support M&A ERP integrations, and build scalable playbooks for ERP programs.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of relevant experience in enterprise IT strategy, integration, or transformation, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion ERP.
• 3 or more years operating at a manager or senior-lead level, demonstrating leadership, influence, and accountability without formal people management
• Strong experience leading strategic planning and execution for OCTO-style initiatives, particularly in ERP, workforce systems, or people technology

Responsibilities

• Own the Oracle Fusion ERP roadmap (e.g., Financials ), ensuring alignment with HR, Technology, and enterprise objectives
• Serve as the primary in-house expert for Oracle Fusion ERP, reducing dependency on external consultants and ensuring long-term platform stewardship
• Translate ERP and workforce needs into clear, scalable technology strategies and integration plans
• Develop and implement OCTO-aligned technology strategies and roadmaps, including application lifecycle planning, integration patterns, and modernization initiatives
• Monitor and assess emerging ERP and HR technology trends to inform platform evolution and investment decisions
• Lead ERP integration planning and execution to enable smooth workforce transitions and rapid business integration
• Create and refine integration playbooks, scenarios, and roadmaps using industry-leading practices
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify, prioritize, and deliver ERP-related programs
• Monitor and report on the performance and outcomes of OCTO-led initiatives
• Manage relationships with Oracle, system integrators, and strategic partners
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards related to HR systems
