Peoplevisor seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Sr. Principal Consultant to provide functional leadership for assigned project roles, with emphasis on implementing, maintaining, and supporting Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM applications and related solution design and integration.

Qualifications

7 years progressive experience in consulting or related industry with Oracle E-Business and Cloud/Fusion HCM.
At least 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM implementations as a functional lead.
Proficient in HR modules: HR Core, Payroll, Benefits, Self Service, OTL, Compensation, Recruitment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel approximately 30% depending on project.

Responsibilities

Identify business requirements and align them to Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM functionality.
Configure the Cloud/Fusion HCM Application based on client requirements.
Provide functional leadership and guidance on leading practices across all phases of implementation.
Develop business solution designs to meet requirements.
Document and perform application set ups in test and production instances.
Ensure sign-off with client leads and transfer knowledge to the client team.
