Job summary

Argano seeks an EBS Financial Functional Delivery Architect to lead Oracle EBS Financials implementations across the full lifecycle, translating requirements into feasible, business-focused financial solutions. You will drive discovery, design, and configuration while guiding stakeholders and teams to successful outcomes.

The role requires deep functional expertise and working knowledge across GL, AP, AR, FA, and related modules, with strong client communication and project leadership.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience with Oracle methodology, including gathering business requirements, designing processes, configurations, and functional design documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
• Strong communication skills with senior client stakeholders and colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Oracle EBS Financials implementation, covering discovery workshops, current-state assessment, requirements, fit-gap analysis, future-state design, standard functionality evaluation, configuration decisions, customization assessment, and reporting.
• Design and configure core financial structures (Ledger, Intercompany, Subledger, COA, Calendars, etc.).
• Analyze current processes and translate findings into financial solutions.
• Recommend best-practice configurations to clients and refine based on feedback.
• Lead EBS R12.2 modules through full lifecycle (GL, AP, AR, FA, Costing, Project Billing, Cash Management).
• Create functional/design documents aligned with requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with PMs, Solution Architects, consultants, and offshore teams.
• Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Provide functional implementation support for Oracle E-Business Suite R12 environments.
