Job summary

Established Search Ltd is partnering with an eye care company to recruit an Optical Territory Manager for the Jacksonville, FL area. This field-based role focuses on managing an existing customer base, developing relationships with Eye Care Professionals, and identifying new business opportunities.

You will work closely with Optometrists, Ophthalmologists, and Opticians, using a consultative approach to understand client needs and deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in field-based B2B sales or optical retail with sales targets.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and own territory performance.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of accounts while pursuing new opportunities.
• Build relationships with Eye Care Professionals and key decision-makers.
• Achieve quarterly targets through account management and new business development.
• Cross-sell additional products and services.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize sales.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings, product presentations and reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor territory performance.
• Attend industry events and conferences.
