You will perform clinical exams with state-of-the-art tools, uphold brand standards, and foster strong doctor-patient relationships while advancing eye health in the community.

This full-time role supports continuing education and teamwork within EssilorLuxottica's network of eye care professionals.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree with licensure.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology.
• Strong communicator and listener.

• Solid organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure executional excellence in partnership with the MOD and store team.
• Manage KPI performance with high accountability.
• Maintain Brand as leading optical provider in the community.
