Qualifications

• Doctorate degree is required.
• Master’s degree with 2+ years in Business Operations / Workforce & Financial Planning.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in Business Operations / Workforce & Financial Planning.
• Associate’s degree with 8+ years in Business Operations / Workforce & Financial Planning.
• High school diploma or GED with 10+ years in Business Operations / Workforce & Financial Planning.

Responsibilities

• Support budget planning, forecasting, and resource management for Global Development Operations.
• Track GDO functional and non-resource budgets, identify cost drivers and variances.
• Provide analyses to guide investment prioritization and business planning.
• Assist resource capacity planning across the clinical portfolio, including staff and contractors.
• Manage workforce forecasts, hiring plans, and resource allocation models.
• Monitor demand, staffing levels, and identify risks and gaps.
• Align resource supply with portfolio demand amid changing priorities.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on budget and resource processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency across trials.
