Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Planning & Operations, Digital Product Management. You will partner with the VP and senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

The role spans portfolio advice, operating rhythms, and executive communications across the AI & Data organization. This position blends strategic thinking with operational leadership to accelerate transformative technology deployment while shaping organizational effectiveness

Qualifications

Doctorate, 2+ years in strategic planning or operations OR
Master’s with 4+ years in related roles OR
Bachelor’s with 6+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

Deliver strategic and operational support to the VP and senior leadership team.
Translate strategic priorities into measurable goals, action plans, milestones and KPIs.
Serve as trusted advisor on portfolio, organizational capability, and investments.
Shape and run annual operating rhythms and leadership offsites.
Manage day-to-day execution of departmental strategy across AI&D.
Own agenda planning and facilitation for leadership meetings and offsites.
Coordinate budgeting, headcount planning, and scenario analyses with Finance/HR.
