Essentia Health is seeking an Operations Manager to support our General Surgery and Plastic Surgery departments at the Duluth Clinic, with oversight of the Superior Clinic. This is a full-time, day shift, salaried role eligible for benefits.

Responsibilities include leading large multi-specialty operations, coordinating complex schedules, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Education requires a Bachelor's degree (or ADN with BSN path) and 3+ years clinical administration experience.
