Essentia Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor for its Brainerd and Baxter locations in Minnesota. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years previous RN experience in an OR or PACU setting.
• Current nursing licensure in the state of employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month.

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Drive clinical excellence through goal setting and performance improvements.
• Facilitate training and performance evaluations for nursing staff.
