Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Manager to build the Account Management function for LCSP, designing how to source, onboard, and manage entrepreneurs as volume grows. In the near term, lead onboarding and recruitment of business partners, transitioning to a broader function ownership over time.

The role reports to the Senior Manager of the Local Commerce Service Provider team within Dasher & Logistics, driving partner performance and scalable processes across the network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-growth environments.
• Experience managing Business Partners and turning insights into improvements.
• Ability to take vague problems, structure them, and use data to decide what to do; comfortable with SQL/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Stand up Account Management for LCSP: set cadences, monitor partner health, define incentives, and create a scaling playbook.
• Own the onboarding strategy for partners: sourcing, launching, and ramping without breaking as we scale.
• Oversee onboarding and sales in the near term; build the function out over time.
• Serve as the primary DoorDash counterpart for LCSP entrepreneurs after launch.
• Partner with Operations on performance, business health, and incentive outcomes.
• Collaborate with S&O, product, support, and legal; report to the Senior Manager on the LCSP team.
