Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is expanding its Local Commerce Service Provider (LCSP) with a Strategy & Operations Manager role. You will lead the creation of Account Management for LCSP, shaping how we source, onboard, and manage entrepreneurs as volume grows.

You will own onboarding and recruitment initially and build the function to scale while ensuring ongoing partner relationships. You will partner with operators on performance and incentives, using data to drive choices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth environments (tech, fintech, strategy & ops, consulting, or banking).
• Ability to manage Business Partners, their performance, and translate insights into improvements.
• Ability to structure vague problems and use data to decide next steps (comfortable with SQL/Excel).
• Curious and entrepreneurial, driving smart bets in zero-to-one environments.
• Ability to switch between high-level strategy and ground-level execution and take ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Stand up Account Management for LCSP: cadences, partner health, performance incentives, and the scaling playbook.
• Own the onboarding strategy for partners—how to find, launch, and ramp without disruption as we scale.
• Oversee onboarding and sales in the near term and build the function over time.
• Be the primary DoorDash counterpart for LCSP entrepreneurs after launch.
• Partner with operators on performance, business health, and incentive outcomes.
• Leverage DoorDash ecosystem knowledge to unblock partners with S&O, product, support, and legal as needed.
