Job summary

DoorDash is hiring an Associate Manager to lead strategy and execution for Dasher & Logistics in regulatory markets. You will own a portfolio of strategic initiatives, digging into data and customer insights to identify opportunities and test hypotheses with cross-functional partners.

This role reports to a Senior Manager on the Dasher & Logistics team. You’ll work across Legal, Public Policy, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing to drive alignment and scale successful strategies.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in startups, strategy, consulting, or regulatory roles.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data; balance quantitative metrics with intuitive judgment.
• Proactive use of AI tools to accelerate data-to-decision processes.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of key results across regulatory markets and build execution plans.
• Perform data-driven investigations using qualitative and quantitative information; implement next steps.
• Dive into details to build foundational knowledge and provide leadership-ready recommendations.
• Define and test hypotheses, leverage AI to scale successful strategies across the org.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Public Policy, Product, Analytics, and Finance.
