Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager to lead strategy and execution for our Dasher & Logistics regulatory markets across cities, states, and countries. You’ll own KRs, dive into data and customer insights, develop hypotheses, and partner cross-functionally to implement scalable solutions at pace.

You will report to a Senior Manager and have opportunities to grow, collaborating with Legal, Public Policy, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing to drive impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience across startups, strategy, consulting, financial services, operations, technology, AI, regulatory, or related fields.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data, make informed decisions and balance quantitative measurement with intuition.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate decision making (e.g., Claude or Cursor).
• Ability to lead cross-functional workstreams or grow into that responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of KRs across regulatory markets, set strategy and execution plan.
• Use data-driven analysis to investigate problems and identify opportunities.
• Dive into ground-level detail to build foundational knowledge and provide leadership recommendations.
• Define and test hypotheses, leverage AI to accelerate learnings, and scale successful strategies.
• Collaborate with Legal, Public Policy, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing to drive cross-team impact.
• Develop new skills and seek growth opportunities as you progress in the role.
