Job summary

SWBC is seeking an Operations Analyst to plan, coordinate, and execute key corporate initiatives from an operations perspective. The role focuses on research analysis, departmental process improvement, and cross-department coordination to deliver projects on time and per plan.

The candidate will support operational initiatives within the Financial Insurance Group, engaging with developers, testers, and business teams to craft effective solutions and build technical skills within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Admin, Behavioral/Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or related field required.
• 3+ years PM or 5+ years Business Analysis experience preferred.
• Proficient MS Office including Outlook and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, macros, etc.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Researches and analyzes departmental data and procedures for efficiencies, issues, and process gaps; identifies solutions and creates implementation plan.
• Acts as project manager for system and procedural implementation, coordinating with teams such as BSA’s, SQA, UAT, Product Management, Account Management, Product, Compliance, Procedures, etc.
• Develops formal post-production validation and requirements documentation for system enhancements and initiatives.
• Updates and creates procedures based on research findings and implementation plans.
• Communicates progress, risks, timelines to key stakeholders including senior/executive management.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
