Job summary

National Facility Contractors (NFC) seeks an Operations Account Manager – Planned Maintenance to lead a portfolio of national and regional facility maintenance accounts. You will drive safe, efficient service delivery and coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to meet client expectations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in account or operations management, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management or operations management experience.
• Strong background in customer relationship management.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and profitability.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational performance of planned maintenance accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with facility managers and client stakeholders.
• Ensure contractual service commitments are delivered.
• Monitor work orders, subcontractor performance, and KPIs.
• Lead issue resolution and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Review budgets and financial performance for accounts.
• Support contract renewals and expansion to new locations.
