Qualifications

• 2+ years in client services, facilities operations, or work‑order coordination.
• Experience with maintenance management systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Facilities Management preferred; OSHA/ADA/EPA familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage 40 active work orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Own the full lifecycle of each order: intake, vendor match, scheduling, execution, follow-up, and billing.
• Serve as the main contact for a nationwide client portfolio with proactive updates.
• Match and dispatch vendors based on scope, trade, geography, and standards.
• Track progress against SLAs, KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
• Reconcile data between internal systems and client portals for reporting.
• Make rapid decisions with imperfect information to keep work moving.
• Document progress, maintain throughput, and identify workflow improvements.
• Partner with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance client experience.
