Job summary

Western Growers is seeking a Manager of Operations Training to plan, organize, and supervise training across Claims Operations, Customer Service, Provider Operations, Eligibility and Finance for WGAT and PCMI. The role leads onboarding, develops programs, and collaborates with the Operations team to meet current and future needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years designing learning (incl. e-learning) and facilitating training in a business environment.
• 5+ years managing a team of direct reports.
• Experience using e-learning platforms and instructional practices.
• Analytical skills to interpret data for decision making.
• Ability to develop development plans linked to goals.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify current and future learning and development needs with managers/SMEs.
• Manage design, development, maintenance and implementation of learning content.
• Measure and analyze effectiveness of learning programs for continuous improvement.
• Collect learner feedback and present findings to leadership.
• Develop training strategy aligned with department needs and budget.
• Create learning plans addressing needs and corporate goals.
• Evaluate training program effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person learning content with SMEs.
