Job summary

Western Growers is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives spanning technical, operational, and marketing domains. You will drive projects from planning through post-launch support using Agile and/or waterfall methodologies, coordinating internal teams and external partners to deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects across technical, operational, and marketing domains.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and scope.
• Strong coordination with vendors, partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of projects across operational, technical, and marketing initiatives.
• Manage project budget, resource allocation, and service levels; oversee scheduling and reporting.
• Manage full project lifecycle from requirements to post-launch support.
• Track risks, issues, scope changes, and dependencies; drive resolution.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy of tracking systems.
• Coordinate testing activities including system, integration, and UAT.
• Ensure smooth transition from implementation to operations and post-launch support.
• Drive measurable results aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Mentor and train team members on PM best practices.
