Job summary

Western Growers is seeking a Manager, Operations Training to lead and supervise training initiatives across Claims Operations, Customer Service, Provider Operations, Eligibility and Finance for WGAT and PCMI. This fully remote role supports Irvine-based staff while coordinating with partners nationwide.

You will design learning programs, onboard new hires, manage a team of three specialists and occasionally contractors, and partner with SMEs to ensure training aligns with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Leadership, Communications, or Business.
• 5–7 years designing learning and facilitating training in a business environment plus 5+ years managing a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, lead and supervise training activities for multiple departments.
• Design, develop, maintain, and implement learning content to support goals.
• Measure effectiveness of learning programs and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with SME and department managers to identify training needs.
• Lead a team of 3+ specialists and manage contractors on projects.
