Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a senior program professional to lead OSC execution across cost, schedule, and supplier performance for a DoD-focused program. The role emphasizes risk management, earned value, and cross-functional leadership in a matrixed environment.

You will engage with customers and internal teams, drive material strategy, and oversee budget and performance metrics. Onsite work in Andover, MA with occasional travel required for reviews and engagements.

Qualifications

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Experience with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or Program Management.
• Experience with ERP Systems such as SAP, PRISM, Kinaxis or equivalent system.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead OSC execution across cost, schedule, quality, supplier performance, and material strategy.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier performance, aligning with program objectives.
• Develop and manage risk and opportunity plans to meet program goals.
• Provide earned value, cost account management, and budget oversight.
• Drive material sales forecasting and execution across the program.
• Collaborate across functions and lead execution teams in a matrixed environment.
• Engage with internal and external customers, delivering updates on strategy, performance, and status.
• Monitor performance metrics and resolve program and functional issues.
• Support proposal development, gate reviews, and operations deliverables for closeout and sustainment startup.
• Perform limited travel to support engagements or program reviews.
