Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an experienced Program Operations Manager (POM) or Material Program Manager (MPM) to join the Advanced Programs (AP) Operations & Supply Chain team. You will lead material strategy, interface with supplier base, and drive cost, schedule, and performance in a dynamic, onsite role with significant travel.

You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Growth program leadership, and engineering to ensure supplier readiness and address delivery or technical concerns.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• An Advanced Degree is preferred for senior roles.
• Experience in supply chain, finance, operations, and/or program management is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead OSC cost, schedule, and productivity planning.
• Develop sourcing, capacity, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and suppliers to meet objectives.
• Present status to internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Travel to key suppliers and collaborate across teams to resolve issues.
