RTX (Raytheon) Pratt & Whitney Holt site seeks a senior leader for Materials Management/Delivery Assurance. You will drive operations planning, manage material readiness, and improve on-time performance across a complex aerospace manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years of related experience in Operations or Supply Chain, OR An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Create and drive annual spares/engine output and overdue burndown plans with actions to drive the operations team to success.
• Lead in developing tactical monthly and 3-month plans and performance to annual plan for the entire operations team.
• Develop objectives for Holt including on-time starts, lead time reductions, inventory initiatives, lean initiatives, accrual reduction plans and alignment between stakeholders.
• Streamline and formalize the three-month build plan process across Materials, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and other teams.
• Improve outlook with a 3-month look-ahead and identify opportunities and risks to meet the financial plan.

As the Associate Director, Materials Management/Delivery Assurance for Pratt & Whitney Holt site, you will play a critical leadership role in driving operational execution, material readiness, and delivery performance across a complex aerospace manufacturing environment for the Pratt & Whitney Holt site. This high-visibility position will lead the development and execution of near- and long-term operations plans, ensuring alignment to annual financial and production commitments while proactively managing constraints, material requirements, inventory, compliance, and delivery risks.

Working across Materials, Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and senior Holt & HSMC leadership, you will transform data and enterprise planning processes into actionable strategies that improve on-time performance, reduce lead times and inventory, strengthen MRP execution, and enable successful insourcing initiatives. The ideal leader is a results-oriented, strategic problem solver with deep Operations or Supply Chain expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence across organizational boundaries-bringing the leadership, analytical discipline, and collaborative mindset needed to shape the future of Pratt & Whitney's aerospace manufacturing operations.

What You Will Do:

• Create, Review / Approve annual spares / engine output and overdue burndown plans with key actions to drive operations team to success. Include full MRP recovery plans for top drivers.
• Lead in developing tactical monthly, 3-month plan & performance to annual plan for entire operations team.
• Create & implement key objectives for Pratt & Whitney Holt including on time starts, lead time reductions, inventory initiatives, lean initiatives, accrual reduction plans & drive alignment between key stakeholders.
• Streamline & formalize three-month build plan process. Lead collaboration between all key stakeholders including Materials, Operations, Quality, Engineering, etc.
• Improve process to include thorough outlook / 3 month look ahead with identified opportunities and risk to ensure performance to financial plan.
• Manage key constraint and implement scheduling systems / automation for improved throughout.
• Coordinate all material needs for Pratt & Whitney Holt.
• Communicate delivery plans, challenges, and key actions to FMC Leadership, Operations leadership, or other key meetings.
• Materials Compliance.
• Lead and execute team to meet or exceed enterprise compliance for factory planning management.
• Lead/Create plan to execute on Pratt & Whitney Holt Commit Compliance and Commit integrity targets.
• SIOP (Sales & Inventory Operations Planning).
• Collaborate with IBP organization to align MRP schedules and execution plans.
• Lead and execute key inventory initiatives for the organization.
• Sustainment & Streamlining of Automated Tools.
• Streamline current automated tools in the organization to drive consistency and efficiency throughout the business. Adopt / create new tools and alter / improve current tools as needed.
• Oversee purchase order placement for consumable and chemical items.
• Negotiate cost reduction with consumable and chemical suppliers.
• Monitor supplier KPIs, predict shortages, and lead recovery plans with suppliers when shortages occur.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years of related experience in Operations or Supply Chain, OR An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• 4+ years of leadership experience in an Operations or Supply Chain role.
• SAP or equivalent enterprise ERP system knowledge.
• Materials, procurement, or similar supply chain experience.
• Previous Manufacturing Operations experience in a related industry.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Skype, and Teams).
• Self-starter who requires minimal supervision
