DoorDash is seeking Senior Associates for Central Strategy & Operations to shape delivery efficiency and build logistics systems. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, partnering with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance to improve efficiency and customer experience.

You’ll design new systems, optimize existing operations, and own key efficiency drivers as we grow. Expect a hybrid model with home-office time, offsites, and on-site DashMarts.

Qualifications

2-4+ years of professional experience in strategy, product operations or business operations roles.
BS/BA Degree preferably in Analytics, Economics, Business or a related field.

Responsibilities

Translate complex data into actionable insights and initiatives.
Design new systems and optimize existing operations.
Own end-to-end efficiency drivers and their impact on the business.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance.
