Job summary

Caring for Others is seeking an Executive Operations Project Manager to lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives and support the executive team’s operational infrastructure. You’ll connect strategy to execution, manage projects, systems, documentation, and logistics to keep the organization moving forward.

You’ll design dashboards, drive data‑driven decisions, explore AI and automation, own Monday.com workflows, and govern internal data and SOPs.

Qualifications

Experience in executive operations or project management in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency with Monday.com and BI tools; AI/automation experience is a plus.
Highly organized with strong documentation, SOPs, and governance.
Excellent communication with executive stakeholders.
Experience in healthcare/home care or multi-site operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead high-impact cross-functional executive initiatives from planning through execution with accountability and measurable outcomes.
Design and manage executive dashboards, reporting tools, and BI systems for data-driven decisions.
Research and implement AI and automation to scale operations.
Serve as Monday.com SME — manage execution, workflows, automations, and user adoption.
Own governance of internal data, SOPs, and documentation for consistency and accessibility.
Manage executive calendars, travel logistics, and briefing materials.
Support new Branch launches, expansions, and event coordination including scorecards and procurement.
Lead change management to ensure systems and docs updated and adopted.
