Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Demonstrated strength in two of clinical care, operations or product/technology.
• Ability to think critically, ask why, and use first principles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an active member of a small, elite SWAT team deployed across Astrana to ideate and accelerate initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership to advance CEO-priority initiatives from concept to execution.
• Act as a strategic air traffic controller to maintain alignment, accountability, and momentum.
• Identify operational gaps and design scalable solutions.
• Partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to pilot AI-enabled solutions.
• Surface risks, opportunities, and recommendations to improve execution.
• Build durable processes and dashboards to raise performance across functions.
• Shape the vision and lead delivery of high-impact initiatives, building necessary prototypes.
