Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required due to sensitivity of customer requirements.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field plus 2 years of related experience, or equivalent
• Graduate education in the specialized field is preferred.
• 5 cumulative years of work experience in planning, organizing, tracking, and reporting on projects.
• Experience supporting major defense programs (MDAP) is desired.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat required.

Responsibilities

• Identify functional and cross-functional requirements to maintain continuity of work operations.
• Document and communicate recommended actions to management.
• Identify irregularities and determine continuing needs for task allocation.
• Recommend resources required for each task.
• Coordinate, schedule, and adjust meetings, events, and travel for leaders.
• Coordinate and participate in reviews and ensure minutes/actions are captured.
• Prepare, review, and transmit agendas, minutes, and calendars.
• Support Integrated Product Teams and prepare briefings and reports.
