Job summary

DCCA is seeking a Program Manager to oversee complex government contracts in the Maryland region. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and extensive program management experience on large-scale programs.

The individual will lead contract execution, coordinate with government counterparts, and maintain program ownership while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and DoD policies. Salary is competitive with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Minimum 10 years of program/project management on programs valued $15–25 M per year.
• At least 1 year managing funds using Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar.
• Certified PMP, FAC-P/PM mid-level, or DAWIA Level 2.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.
• Current TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all contract efforts and serve as primary point of contact for government counterparts.
• Lead execution of the contract, updating stakeholders on progress.
• Interface with government leadership on daily contractor activities and provide programmatic knowledge.
• Maintain ownership of assigned work across the contract.
