You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, advise senior executives (SES/Flag level), and drive long‑range acquisition plans while ensuring compliant execution and effective risk management.

Responsibilities include overseeing SOW preparation, market research, IGCE development, and governance

Qualifikationen

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience with Major System Acquisitions and DoW/IC acquisitions.
• Experience interfacing with senior executives (SES/Flag Officer) on complex matters.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert acquisition and program management counsel to senior government leadership on strategic planning, contract execution, and business development activities.
• Coordinate and finalize procurement packages for Major System Acquisitions, including SOWs, Market Research, and IGCEs.
• Coordinate high-level activities between Acquisition, Contracts, Software Asset Management, Engineering, and Finance to enable rapid, compliant acquisition of enterprise solutions.
• Support agency governance groups in formulating sound, long-range acquisition strategies and spending plans.
• Identify and analyze contractual issues at portfolio level and advise leadership on actions.
• Plan contractor support strategy for IV&V and system security to ensure threat-informed assessments.
