Job summary

VSolvit, LLC seeks a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-team programs in the greater San Diego or Ventura County area. The role requires interfacing with SMEs and customers, guiding staff, and supporting capture for new opportunities.

The candidate will manage schedules, costs, and deliverables, ensure CMMI compliance, and maintain strong customer relationships across programs. A DoD background and security clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience.
• 8+ years of technical software development supervisory experience.
• 4+ years' Project Management supporting DoD or other federal technology programs.
• United States Citizenship Required.

Responsibilities

• Overall program management of assigned projects and programs.
• Lead work across multiple programs and SMEs.
• Identify challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Define strategic and operational goals to achieve performance.
• Manage project teams and track task plans/deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to schedules and costs; define requirements/scope.
• Oversee compliance with standards and process improvements.
• Ensure DoD/CMMI compliance is implemented.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain customer relationships and act as liaison.
