Scientific Research Corporation is seeking a seasoned operations professional in the Alexandria, VA area to support mission execution through strategic workflow design, coordination, and system management. You will help develop processes, SOPs, and team concepts of operations to ensure efficient, repeatable workflows.

You will maintain Teams and SharePoint environments, coordinate multi-stakeholder engagements, and produce high-quality correspondence and briefing materials for senior DoD

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations or program coordination.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Ability to design workflows and manage complex schedules.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with program leads to support mission execution through strategic workflow design and system management.
• Develop, implement, and refine business processes, SOPs, and team concepts of operations.
• Design and maintain Microsoft Teams and SharePoint environments for structured communication and document management.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person engagements with agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
• Establish a robust action-item tracking system to improve accountability and visibility.
• Manage project calendars, timelines, and coordination across multiple efforts.
• Support onboarding and training materials for new team members.
