Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to oversee operations with full P&L responsibility at the North Little Rock location. You will drive budget, performance analysis, and process improvements while mentoring team members and ensuring customer satisfaction with healthy profit margins.

Responsibilities include scheduling, project oversight, audits, and interdepartmental collaboration to sustain service quality and growth across our doors, docking, and security product lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years’ experience managing personnel, P&L, budgets, and projects.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willing to train in Kansas City during first 90 days; trips may be required.
• Proficient with Windows-based programs and ERP/CRM systems.
• Analytical skills to evaluate operational data, processes and financial results.
• Ability to apply technical applications and mechanical systems.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Background check, drug screen, and reference checks required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and taking corrective actions with full P&L responsibility.
• Recommend and implement operational and sales process improvements to boost customer satisfaction while maintaining healthy profit margins.
• Lead with a consultative approach to empower staff and act as the go-to resource for operational guidance.
• Assist with employee/job scheduling and provide technical troubleshooting support as needed.
• Perform regular audits and ensure daily tasks align with best practices and policies.
• Maintain professional communication with staff and customers and promptly resolve escalated issues.
