You will manage processes, budgets, and teams to meet yearly objectives while upholding safety and quality standards. Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of department or project management in service industries, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum 2 years’ performance as Department Manager, Operations Manager and/or Project Manager in the Service Provider industry with familiarity and knowledge of construction project management and installation of building materials.
• Ability to work in a hands-on environment with deadlines and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee operations and personnel with a focus on safety, efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and improve operational processes to meet budgeted sales and gross profit objectives.
• Ensure jobs are scheduled timely and performed skillfully to meet financial targets.
• Hire, train, and develop employees; coach for performance and accountability.
• Communicate with customers to solicit feedback and identify new sales opportunities.
