Job summary

Overhead Door Company of Little Rock is seeking a General Manager to lead operations, drive revenue growth, and oversee three business lines for DH Pace Franchise. The role emphasizes budget management, staff development, and strategic process enhancements to boost service delivery and profitability.

You will manage daily operations onsite at 5303 Crystal Hill Road, North Little Rock, AR, with a focus on customer satisfaction and safe, efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years’ experience managing personnel, P&L, budgets, projects, materials ordering, sales and customer service in a leadership position.
• Willingness to train in Kansas City up to three trips during first 90 days.
• Proficient with Windows-based programs and ERP/CRM systems.
• Analytical skills to evaluate data and drive improvements.
• Technical applications and mechanical systems understanding.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial objectives by budgeting, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances with full P&L responsibility.
• Recommend and implement operational and sales process improvements to boost customer satisfaction and profits.
• Lead staff with a consultative approach, providing mentorship and guidance for daily activities.
• Assist with employee scheduling and with technical troubleshooting and resolutions.
• Conduct regular audits and ensure tasks align with company best practices and policies.
• Maintain professional communication with staff and customers and resolve escalated issues.
