DH Pace Company, in Springdale, Arkansas, seeks an Operations Manager to lead our Operations Department and drive efficient, safe, and profitable service delivery. The role emphasizes improving processes, meeting budgets, and delivering strong customer satisfaction.

You will hire, train, and develop team members, coach performance, and collaborate with other departments to align budgets with sales goals. A hands-on, deadline-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum 2 years’ performance as Department Manager, Operations Manager and/or Project Manager in the Service Provider industry with familiarity and knowledge of construction project management and installation of building materials.
• Ability for technical applications, mechanical/electrical systems and problem solving.
• Experience conducting meetings with exempt and non-exempt personnel, plus hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Hands-on environment with deadline-driven work and strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee operations and personnel associated with efficiently, effectively, safely, and profitably
• Manage and improve operational processes and procedures with focus on profit and customer satisfaction
• Ensure sold jobs are timely scheduled and meet divisional budgeted sales and gross profit
• Collaborate to align operating budgets and monthly sales goals
• Deliver Profit Dollars and return on sales meeting yearly budget/forecast
• Establish objectives and action plans aligned with corporate objectives
• Hire, train and develop new employees; coach, and conduct performance reviews
• Lead meetings, set performance expectations and hold staff accountable
• Communicate with customers to solicit feedback and uncover new sales opportunities
