Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. (JP) is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead the QMA & EH&S Leadership team onsite in Linthicum, MD.

The role requires strong leadership, project/program management experience, and the ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives. The candidate must be able to travel domestically up to 40%, obtain and maintain a Secret clearance, and be a US citizen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in project/program management or relevant business experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Experience in collaborating with multiple stake-holders.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 40%.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the business face of the Sector Vice President of Quality & Mission Assurance and Environmental Health & Safety, and be a member of the QMA & EH&S Leadership team.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to plan and drive strategic initiatives.
• Draft executive communications and own/execute large project scopes to drive strategy execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
