Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Linthicum, MD is seeking a Manager Cybersecurity 2 to lead a team of Information System Security Professionals on classified programs. The role requires active Top Secret clearance and on-site work at our Linthicum campus.

Responsibilities include mentoring managers, building training plans, enforcing RMF and government policy compliance, and coordinating with executives and customers to secure systems while achieving program objectives. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience or Master's with 5+ years or PhD with 2+ years.
• Current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance (or in CE program) within last 6 years.
• Ability to obtain/maintain access to Special Access Programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of information system security professionals in a classified environment.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development for managers and leaders.
• Implement and oversee RMF and compliance with government policies (DAAG, JSIG, ICDs).
• Coordinate with executives, PMO and customers on technical matters.
