The role requires a Secret clearance and US citizenship, with extensive cross-functional leadership experience. Primary responsibilities include program reviews, risk mitigation, and driving continuous improvement across engineering, suppliers, and production teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in PM or manufacturing engineering.
Active Secret clearance/US citizenship required.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience with EVMS, IMS and proposal preparation.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary liaison for manufacturing strategy and program management.
Lead program reviews with internal and external customers on cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Oversee product development, manufacturing, test, and supply chain activities.
Develop monitoring mechanisms and intervention plans with stakeholders.
Prepare proposals and master production schedules; coordinate material planning and production scheduling.
Drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
