Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Quality 2 to lead the Receiving Inspection department, drive quality improvements, and ensure compliance with QMS standards. The role requires US citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance, with 2+ years of leadership and extensive experience in quality assurance across manufacturing programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years in Quality/Manufacturing, or Master’s with 6+ years, or Associate with 10+ years.
• 12 years of experience in lieu of degree accepted.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership in Integrated Product Teams or direct management.
• U.S. Citizenship and Secret Clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage Receiving Inspection department objectives and guidance to direct reports.
• Coach and mentor facility personnel in quality methods and procedures.
• Ensure program quality, risk management, safety, and supplier quality per contract.
• Develop and monitor quality metrics and continuous improvement processes.
• Interface with executives and customer reps including DCMA on projects.
