Responsibilities

• Drive execution of strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams and leaders.
• Establish operating rhythm for AMS QMA Leadership Team and coordinate across sites.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication among AMS QMA, division leadership, and engineering.
• Lead special projects, develop objectives, and brief senior leaders.
• Support workforce planning, metrics, and movement of work across campuses.
• Prepare agendas for leadership meetings and off-sites; brief the Director on key issues.
