Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of operations and production on maintenance accounts, managing labor, materials, and equipment. This role reports to the Branch Manager and handles a book of business worth at least $1 million.

The candidate will lead multiple teams, develop seasonal schedules, monitor budgets, and drive quality and profitability while maintaining safety and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• High School degree required; higher education preferred.
• 2-4 years of supervisory/managerial experience and leadership ability.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Aspire is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; travel between sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and production on maintenance accounts.
• Develop schedules, allocate labor, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor budgets and improve productivity and profitability.
• Hire, onboard, and coach teams; provide feedback.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with standards.
