Responsibilities

Oversee and manage budget and mileage goals for regional operations.
Evaluate crews for production efficiency and identify improvement methods.
Provide conflict resolution when necessary.
Coordinate manpower fluctuations across crews and sites.
Mentor and develop general forepersons and crew members.
Ensure maintenance programs meet federal regulations and utility standards.
Serve as primary contact for after-hour tree crew requests and storm-related work.
Oversee quality assurance programs and related processes.
