Job summary

Aspen Grove Landscape Group is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee production on a portfolio of maintenance accounts, managing labor, materials, and equipment. This role reports to the Branch Manager and leads a team to meet budgeted profitability.

Responsibilities include scheduling seasonal work, coordinating crews, maintaining safety and quality, and driving efficiency. Strong supervisory experience and pesticide certifications are required; travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a supervisor/manager with ability to train and develop staff.
• General knowledge of irrigation systems and pesticide certifications 3A & 3C.
• Strong organizational, scheduling and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication with leadership, staff and clients; trustworthy and discreet.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Aspire is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production for multiple maintenance accounts with budgets and schedules.
• Map seasonal work, coordinate manpower and equipment across jobs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.
• Monitor job costs, profitability, and time reporting; drive productivity.
• Lead, coach and develop team members; support hiring and career growth.
• Provide training in safety, quality, and operational procedures.
