Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to supervise a crew on job sites, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality work. You will develop and train crew members, plan, assign and direct tasks, manage materials and equipment, and address client issues under the supervision of the Operations Manager.

The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, communication with clients, and adherence to safety guidelines in outdoor landscaping and maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Ability to train others and exercise leadership.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work long hours including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Create schedules with management and follow job specifications, including materials and timelines.
• Organize, supervise, lead and train crew to complete projects within guidelines and timeframes.
• Ensure contractual obligations align with proper horticultural practices.
• Maintain safety program and inspect job sites weekly.
• Communicate with onsite clients and address client concerns.
