Job summary

Aspen Grove Landscape Group is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee production on a portfolio of maintenance accounts, managing labor, materials, and equipment. The role includes profit and cost control for a minimum $1 million book of business and reports directly to the Branch Manager.

You will map seasonal work, coordinate crews, ensure safety standards, and drive client satisfaction across local and national accounts with a focus on efficiency and professional execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of supervisor/manager experience with ability to train and develop employees.
• General knowledge of irrigation systems.
• Pesticide Certification 3A & 3C or better.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between client sites and training as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of production on a portfolio of maintenance accounts, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Develop, communicate, and maintain seasonal work schedules; coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Inspect equipment and vehicles to ensure proper maintenance.
• Respond to client requests promptly; resolve concerns with Client Management team as needed.
• Oversee budgeting and monitor job cost reports; drive efficiency and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members; support hiring and performance reviews.
• Train employees on safety, quality, and efficiency standards across sites.
