Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Florida seeks a Branch Manager to lead grounds maintenance, irrigation, and overall branch operations. You will ensure safety, quality, and financial goals while developing employees and coordinating with sub-contractors and clients.

You will report to the Company Leader, drive a culture of product delivery, and work with administration to maintain accurate billing and vendor relationships, with a focus on customer experience and adherence to safety programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5–10 years of experience leading multiple landscape operations.
• Experience effectively managing others.
• Aspire proficiency a plus.
• Ability to use a computer and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel).
• Ability to organize and schedule multiple projects.
• Strong communication at multiple levels.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement future goals and processes for grounds maintenance and seasonal services.
• Drive a culture of product delivery and continual improvement of the customer experience.
• Ensure effective communication protocols between all parties responsible for maintaining quality standards on client properties.
• Manage relationships with clients and internal departments to develop efficient processes.
• Coordinate billing, accounts payable, payroll, and sub-contractor contracts/payments with Administration.
• Oversee safety training, daily safety meetings, and PPE management.
• Develop plans for efficient use of equipment and materials; audit branches and sites.
• Recruit and hire branch personnel to meet goals.
• Manage team performance according to roles and objectives.
