Job summary

Aspen Grove Landscape Group is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee production on a portfolio of maintenance accounts, handling labor, materials and equipment. The role includes managing a minimum $1 Million book of business and reporting to the Branch Manager.

You will supervise, coach and develop a team, map seasonal schedules, ensure safety and quality, and optimize costs and schedules across multiple sites for consistent, professional landscape services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; degrees are desirable.
• 2-4 years of supervisor/manager experience.
• General knowledge of irrigation systems.
• Pesticide Certification 3A & 3C.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor, materials and equipment for a portfolio of maintenance accounts.
• Oversee a book of business at a minimum of $1 Million.
• Develop and maintain seasonal work schedules with management team.
• Inspect equipment and vehicles; ensure proper maintenance.
• Ensure safety, training, quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Lead and coach a team; hire/promo process and succession planning.
• Monitor budgets and job costs; report profitability and efficiency.
