Job summary

Advancia Government Services LLC is seeking an Operations Manager in Lee's Summit, MO to identify and prevent issues impacting contract performance. You will promote best practices, manage resources efficiently, and maintain high-quality output while coordinating with supervisors and leadership to sustain morale.

The role requires experience in handling operational procedures, policy development, monitoring customer satisfaction, and delivering timely, compliant results in a dynamic government

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain government clearance.
• Regular and punctual attendance.
• Three years of recent operations/production management experience.
• Strong communication, time management, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities with excellent communication and organization.
• Present oral briefings to Government oversight personnel.
• Prepare SOPs and revisions with strong writing skills.
• Monitor staffing and ensure compliance with contractual standards via weekly meetings.
• Mentor supervisors and clerks and manage daily workload.
• Assist QC Manager with quality control and corrective actions.
• Organize monthly management meetings and ensure safety regulations are followed.
