Advancia Government Services LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimize contract performance across multiple projects in a high-demand government services environment. The role emphasizes proactive issue prevention, adherence to contractual standards, and fostering a high-performance team culture within a structured management system.

The candidate will mentor supervisors and clerks, collaborate with the QC Manager on quality initiatives, and organize management meetings.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or PMP certification in lieu of the degree.
• PMI PMP Certification may substitute for formal education requirements.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred or to be obtained within 180 days of contract award.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Present oral briefings to Government oversight personnel.
• Prepare SOPs and revisions with strong writing skills.
• Communicate clearly with management and staff under deadlines.
• Conduct fact finding for special projects and respond to government inquiries.
